I recently had attended a training course named PAEI PROFILING WORKSHOP which conducted by Dr. Richard Wong from CEO VAS Sdn Bhd, and it exceeded my expectations. The training was well structured, engaging, and highly practical. Dr Richard Wong is very experienced and knowledgeable in PAEI topic and was able to answer directly to the questions asked. He ensured that all participants understood the concepts through real-world examples and interactive discussions.

Some of the key takeaways/feedback from the training:

• The training helped me better understand different individual management styles – both natural and perceived priorities.
• The assessment profile indeed will help in recruitment of the ‘right’ people for the right jobs.
• The PAEI Summary Report helped me better understand each department’s PAEI style to enhance on more effective and complementary teams.
