What is PAEI?

PAEI is a management matrix and an evaluation tool for assessing management and work styles.It can be used for following purposes:
  1. Describe individual management styles - both natural and job oriented.
  2. Effective recruitment of the 'right' people for the job.
  3. Match jobs and styles of potential employees and/or job alignment.
  4. For guiding promotions and counselling.
  5. Design and balance your organization structure and management roles.
  6. Describe and assess the development stages of your organization over time through the organization life cycle and determine the balancing or compatibility of employees' PAEI styles to the needs of the organization.
