The PAEI In-house Workshop proved to be an engaging and highly insightful learning experience. The presentation was well-structured, easy to grasp, and enriched with practical real-life examples that made the concepts relatable and applicable. Through the session, we gained a deeper appreciation of the different management styles—how individual priorities and personal driving forces shape behaviour—and how these can be effectively channelled to strengthen leadership and teamwork.

The assessment profile provided during the workshop is particularly valuable, as it offers a clear framework for aligning the right person with the right role, which will greatly enhance recruitment decisions. Mr. Heah Kok Soon’s depth of knowledge and extensive experience in PAEI added tremendous value, making the workshop both credible and impactful.

Another highlight was the PAEI Summary Report, which offered a holistic view of each department’s management style. This helped us understand how complementary strengths can be combined to build more cohesive, effective, and collaborative teams. Overall, the workshop delivered practical insights that we can immediately apply to improve both individual and organizational performance.
