PAEI 是一套管理模式和用來評估管理和工作風格的工具。它可用在以下方面:
  1. 描述個人不同管理風格一自然和工作取向的風格。
  2. 有效地聘用“適當的”人選擔任相關的職位。
  3. 配合工作和有潛能的員工作風/或進行的工作調整。
  4. 作為會昇級和輔導的指南。
  5. 設計和平衡機構的結構和管理角色。
  6. 描述、評估機構通過組織的生命周期,進行演變的不同階段,以及鑒定如何 平衡、搭配PAEI 員工的作風和機構的需求。
